3. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Puncak Verde, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

- •Your misrepresentation of facts or fraudulent conduct
- •Disputes between you and tea estates or other third parties

Agricultural products are subject to natural variation, and we cannot guarantee uniform quality or availability.

We strive to provide accurate information about estates, products, and market conditions. However, circumstances change, and we cannot guarantee that all information remains current or complete at all times. Users should conduct their own due diligence and verification.
4.3 Third-Party Relationships
We facilitate relationships with independent tea estates and other service providers. We are not responsible for their actions, quality standards, financial stability, or compliance with obligations. Commercial agreements are between you and those third parties.
4.4 Website Availability

5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Direct Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, Puncak Verde's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Puncak Verde for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10. Assignment
